Withdraw from KMS

We are so sorry to see you go!

To withdraw from lessons or programs at the school and avoid being billed for the next month's tuition, you must submit this withdrawal form to us via the website by 5pm on the 15th day of the month in order to cancel for the following month.

Per our school policies, if submitting this form after the 15th, you'll be billed for the following month regardless of whether or not you're able to take lessons. As a reminder, we are unable to refund any prepaid tuition!
