Early Childhood Music Lessons at Kalamazoo Music School (Animal Adventures Program)

Our award-winning Animal Adventures program offers a unique opportunity to immerse your child in music from a young age. With our expert music teachers, your child will:

  • Learn through a powerful, comprehensive, and fun curriculum covering topics from rhythm to note reading to instrument introduction and exposure;

  • Learn through dedicated, enthusiastic one-to-one teaching with a teacher, colorful workbook activities and stickers, and fun classroom games and music rug time;

  • Gain a tremendous head start and extremely strong foundation for the rest of their life!

By the time your student graduates from this program, they will be ready to begin private music lessons in the instrument of their choice, including piano, guitar, drums, voice, woodwinds, and more!

HOW QUALIFIED ARE KALAMAZOO'S EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHERS?

Our music teachers have received their education from prestigious institutions such as Manhattan School of Music, Eastern Michigan University, and of course Western Michigan University. Many of our instructors have performed nationally as soloists or as part of touring bands and have over 25 years of professional performance and teaching experience combined. In addition to their teaching credentials, our teachers have warm personalities, are extremely friendly, and strive to get to know each student (and their parent, if younger) on a personal level.

DO I NEED AN INSTRUMENT TO PARTAKE IN THE PROGRAM?

No, you do not need a piano at home to partake in the Animal Adventures program. We will provide all of the materials that you need for home!
