2025 KMS Pop Vocal Ensemble

The Hollywood Starz!

Program Introduction

The Kalamazoo Music School Pop Vocal Ensemble is an interactive, workshop-style class which will work towards fully performing several complete pieces, while covering in-depth topics such as microphone technique, stage presence, vocal blend, group sound, and light choreography.

The KMS Pop Vocal Ensemble Workshop (Hollywood Starz) goes beyond just a singing / vocal class and dives in-depth into not only what makes a great singer, but what creates a great performer and artist. The topics covered will revolve around technique, while also covering what differentiates a singer from an artist.

Each of the class sessions are carefully curated by the Kalamazoo Music School Faculty and Guest Lecturers (see below for more information).
