Introducing the 2024 - 2025 Summer KMS Pop Vocal Ensemble
Program Introduction
The Kalamazoo Music School Pop Vocal Ensemble is an 8-week interactive, workshop-style class which will work towards fully performing two complete pieces, while covering in-depth topics such as microphone technique, stage presence, vocal blend, group sound, and light choreography.
The KMS Pop Vocal Ensemble Workshop goes beyond just a singing / vocal class and dives in-depth into not only what makes a great singer, but what creates a great performer and artist.
Each of the eight sessions are carefully curated by the Kalamazoo Music School Faculty and Guest Lecturers (see below for more information).

Vocal Pop Ensemble Head Instructor - Ms. Meagan Wagner
Ms. Maegan Wagner is an accomplished vocal instructor with years of experience in vocal training and performance coaching. She attended Western Michigan University for Jazz Studies/Vocal Performance, and her expertise spans several genres, allowing her to tailor her teaching methods to suit the unique needs of each student.
